By placing an order at Majestic Styling by Natalie, you confirm that you accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Majestic Styling by Natalie for the sale and supply of any products.

None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing and signed by us.

Personal Information

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Majestic Styling by Natalie in confidence to protect your personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, and to provide offers and information on our products.

The information you provide is only available to Majestic Styling by Natalie and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Majestic Styling by Natalie delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting Majestic Styling by Natalie conditions, you agree to the above.

Force Majeure

​

Events outside Majestic Styling by Natalie control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Majestic Styling by Natalie is released from obligations to fulfil contractual agreements.

Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. 

​

The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, bans, etc

​

Payment

​

All products remain Majestic Styling by Natalie property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised and confirmed before confirming the purchase. 

​

You confirm that all details you provide to Majestic Styling by Natalie for the purpose of ordering and purchasing goods are true, accurate, and current, and that the credit card or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.

All transfers conducted through Majestic Styling by Natalie are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored, and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.

Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Majestic Styling by Natalie reserve the right to end our agreement with you if you fail to make payment to us when due, you breach any of our terms and conditions, or if we suspect that you have engaged, or are about to engage, or have any way been involved in fraudulent or illegal activity with us.

Local Taxes

​

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.

Ordering

​

When placing an order, you agree that all information given is accurate and complete. It is the responsibility of the customer to proof read the information provided to Majestic Styling by Natalie. If any amendments need to be made the customer must clearly detail these in an email and send it to Majestic Styling by Natalie within 24 hours of an order being placed. Majestic Styling by Natalie cannot be held responsible for any unnoticed errors.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. If Majestic Styling by Natalie does not have enough stock to deliver the goods you require, we will notify you to offer alternatives or the expected delay in delivery.

​

There is a 24-hour cooling off period for all orders. After this time has passed an order can not be cancelled as all our orders are made to order.

​

All orders will be carefully packaged by Majestic Styling by Natalie. Majestic Styling by Natalie cannot be held liable for any items once they have left our HQ or held responsible for any damages carried in transit. Any damages must be notified to Majestic Styling by Natalie within 24hours of delivery. After this time, the order would be deemed as accepted by the customer. If there are any damages, we require photographic evidence of the damaged item/items plus the packaging.

Returns

As all our products are personalised and made to order, we are unable to offer refunds.

Additional Information

​

Majestic Styling by Natalie reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event of a product being sold out, Majestic Styling by Natalie has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Majestic Styling by Natalie shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

The delivery period stated is an approximate timescale. Goods will be sent to the address given in your order via a recorded carrier and a signature will be required upon delivery.

​

As all our stationery/products are individually handmade, there may be slight variations. Colours shown on screen may slightly vary from actual colour.

​

Majestic Styling by Natalie reserves the right to capture photographic images of all stationery/products that we create for any customer, and at any time share them on the following, but not limited to social media, our marketing materials, our website, and other medias such as blogs, in print (such as magazines) unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

 

Liability

We do not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website.

​

If an error is discovered in the price of goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price.

We cannot be held responsible for any differences in colour between the image on our site and the actual product.

​

We take every measure to ensure any data we collect is held securely and internet fraud is prevented. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our system.
